Anywaaaay, back to the deliciousness of this cocktail!
Mix the following in a cocktail shaker:
- 1 1/2 oz of Vodka
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (see recipe below)
- 1/2 oz Blueberry Lavender Jam
Give it a good shake and strain it over a glass of ice. Top up with club soda or tonic water.
- Simple syrup is made by mixing 1/2 cup sugar with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for up to one month (trust me it won’t last that long).
Now take that delicious drink, head outside, have a seat in your favourite spot and enjoy!
